All AM-Clad’s 3 wall cladding ranges are available with the option of digital print, whether you are a nursery in Nottingham, a food producer in Pakistan, a college in Canada or a hospital in the Honduras.
Adding atmosphere, colour and brand equity to even the blandest of environments, our digital print is handled by our sister company Dekko Graphics and involves taking your image or design and UV printing and LED curing onto AM-Clad panels.
UV (Ultra Violet) printing and LED curing is a photochemical process where the high-intensity light instantly cures - or dries - inks, coatings and adhesives. This method is proven to facilitate superior bonding as well as improving scratch and solvent resistance.

Printed graphics can really bring a space to life, be it a calming landscape used in a medical facility, an inspiring message in schools and colleges, or a confident statement of brand value in a corporate environment.
The bespoke cladding is UV printed and LED cured by Dekko and delivered ready to install, just like our normal cladding. The digitial printed finish does not affect the antimicrobial or hygienic properties of the cladding in any way.
Scratch resistant for high traffic areas
For high traffic environments where knocks and scrapes are expected and cleaning is critical, we can apply an extra hard coating, making the end product scratch resistance with the option of either a gloss or satin finish.
Printed 'tile-effect' wall protection
AM-Clad can also print ‘tile-effect’ patterns onto AM-Clad wall protection panels for use in kitchens and canteens. The example shown above was part of a huge UK-wide roll out for a well-known supermarket brand.
